The service provided there was excellent. Really free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Central location was a plus. Just a 5-minute walk away there was Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station...

the location couldn't be more perfect near the river. the private parking was on-site, excellent service.

We stayed at a hotel near the river and enjoyed the charming town nearby. the location was quiet and peaceful, and we found the room spacious and tastefully decorated. the hotel also had a restaurant downstairs that served a good quality breakfast for a reasonable price. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

There were some inconveniences that could have been improved, such as the lack of air conditioning in the room. We didn't find a fan provided either, which made the stay uncomfortably hot during the night.
